We provide one or two-day turn-around on realtors' house photos, providing to you the photographs on a CD along with a Photographer's Release with permission to use the pictures on the MLS, website, flyers, advertisement, prints, etc., as needed. When you list a house, and it goes to realtor's "hot sheet," you want them to be able to see professional house photos right away that will showcase the house you are selling in the best way possible to encourage showings and increase your opportunities for sales.
Also, you will avoid possible costly fines for not having a photo with your MLS listing within 10 days of your listing!
